Your role will be to:
- Package and despatch course materials to addresses around the world
- Manage our stocks of course materials, from herbal remedies to dog grooming kits.
- Answer phone calls from enquirers, students and tutors
- Process student enrolments.
- Answer queries by email, telephone and chat
- Update student computer records
You will receive full training. There may be an opportunity to join an apprenticeship scheme.
The company is part of the NEST government pension scheme.
You will work 20 hours per week, 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.
